LPC Booth (Hood)
This booth is designed to house a Liquid Particle Counter (LPC) system inside the enclosure. By installing a debubbler and pneumatic valves, the LPC equipment can be operated in either manual or automatic mode.
An FFU (Fan Filter Unit) can be installed inside the booth to create a cleaner operating environment.
(The LPC automatic inline system has been fully developed.)
